We design all our products with your sports journey in mind. Quality is at the core of everything we do, which is why we offer a 7-day return, replacement, and exchange policy for online orders. In case the product doesn’t satisfy you in terms of size, quality, etc., you may return the product to us subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Quick Guide – How Can You Return?

1. Raise a Return Request

  • Raise a Return Request by going to Account → Order & Returns → Select the product → Return Product → Select reason → Confirm.

2. Keep the Product Ready

  • Ensure that the product is unused and in original and resalable condition.

3. Product Will Be Picked Up

  • Once the return request is accepted, a pick-up agent will be sent to verify the quality of the product and collect it.

How long can users return a product after delivery?

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Warranty terms remain as per product category beyond that period.

Which products are non-returnable?

Following products are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges:

  • Innerwear & Undergarments (for hygiene concerns)
  • Clearance Products

How to Return?

  • The product must be in its original packaging with MRP and RFID tags intact.
  • The product must be in a condition fit for resale.
  • A product quality check will be conducted by 4u Sports (India) or its vendor partners at the time of pickup to validate the return request.
  • 4u Sports (India) holds the right to refuse or accept the return as per the terms & conditions.
