  1. The domain name www.4USports.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by 4U Sports India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “4USports”).

  2. 4USports views protection of Buyer’s privacy as a very important principle. 4USports understands clearly that The Buyers and Buyer’s Personal Information is one of 4USports’ most important assets. 4USports stores and processes Buyer’s Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules thereunder. 4USports’ current Privacy Policy is available at the Privacy Policy Page. If The Buyers object to Buyer’s Information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use the Website.

  3. We do not ask for the following details from a customer at any given point:

a) Net banking or Card transaction OTP b) Debit/Credit card CVV c) Password related to banking or UPI IDs d) Remote access to any of the customer’s personal devices or accounts.

Information

  1. 4USports records, stores, and analyzes the data that is available to us through any of our platforms and stores. This includes the data that the Buyer provides when a purchase is made at the store or on the website. The following is the information we request the Buyer to furnish: a) Mobile or Email; b) First name/Last name; c) Address and Postal code; d) Opt-in preference SMS/Email/WhatsApp; and e) Device location.

  2. This data helps us make sure that we take every measure to ensure that our customers are safe while using any of our products during their sporting activities. Production in bulk can sometimes lead to defective manufacturing. As and when we identify this, we make sure the customers are contacted and made aware of the risk.

Customer Data

  1. To ensure that our customers are safe – If there arises a need to contact our customers regarding the safety of a purchased product, we will contact the Buyer only to inform them of the safety concern and offer an option to exchange, refund, or fix the product at no extra cost.

  2. To be able to process exchanges/refunds in case the bill is lost. Our exchange period is 30 days from the date of purchase, and warranty is 2 years.

  3. To send marketing and promotional messages and other information that might be of interest to our customers. This is only done with the consent of customers. At any point in time, the customer can opt out of receiving these communications.

  4. To implement and manage referral programs, surveys, contests, promotional activities, or events sponsored or managed by 4USports India Pvt. Ltd.

  5. To enhance and optimize our business practices and user experience based on the research and analytics done using the customer data.

  6. For studying catchment areas and making decisions to open new stores, allowing us to reach more customers.

  7. For the purpose of delivering products purchased by the Buyer on the app or Website.

  8. For the purpose of location-specific offers, marketing, and promotional messages via Push Notifications/SMS through the app.

  9. Data related to device location may be accessed when the app is closed for the purpose of enhancing the Buyer’s shopping experience and providing notifications of personalized offers.

  10. If the customer wishes to exercise their right to erasure and have their personal data or account permanently removed from our records, they may do so under the “Account -> My Profile” section in the app or Website or contact us at 4usportsindia@gmail.com.

  11. All data collected from the Buyer is processed, stored, encrypted, and used in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000.

Remarketing Tags

  1. This website uses Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to previous visitors to our site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or somewhere on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the 4USports website. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, as well as Google & Facebook privacy policies.

  2. We have changed our Analytics tracking code to support Display Advertising and implement Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We use this information to better understand, protect, and serve the Users. We use this information to provide the services the Users request. We might use this information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, help promote a safe service, measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform the Users about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates, customize the User’s experience, detect and protect us against error, fraud, and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, and as otherwise described to the Users at the time of collection.

  3. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on our Site. We might use this data to tailor the Buyer’s experience at our Site, providing the Buyer with content that we think the Buyer might be interested in and displaying content according to the Buyer’s preferences.

  4. Using the Ads Settings, the Users can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads. The Users can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web.

  6. 4USports may share personal information with 4USports’ other corporate entities and affiliates. These entities and affiliates may market to the Buyers as a result of such sharing unless the Buyers explicitly opt out.

  7. 4USports may disclose personal information to third parties. This disclosure may be required for us to provide the Buyers access to 4USports Services, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce the Buyer Agreement, to facilitate marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to 4USports Services. 4USports does not disclose Buyer’s personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without Buyer’s explicit consent.

Cookies

  1. We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on our platforms to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. “Cookies” are small files placed on the Buyer/customer/user’s hard drive that assist us in providing the services. Cookies do not contain any personal information.
