Quality is at the core of everything we do, which is why we offer a 7-day return, replacement, and exchange policy for online orders. If a product does not meet your expectations in terms of size, quality, or other aspects, you may return it subject to the conditions outlined below.

Quick Guide – How to Return

• Raise a Return Request – Go to Account → Order & Returns → Select Product → Return Product → Select Reason → Confirm.
• Keep the Product Ready – Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Product Pick-Up – Once your request is accepted, a pick-up agent will verify the product’s quality and collect it.

1. How long do I have to return a product after delivery?
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Warranty terms (if applicable) continue as per product category beyond this period.

2. Which products are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges:

• Innerwear & undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

• Clearance products
